  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Place them upright in the baking dish.
