  • Reserved pasta water as needed

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until just tender; set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Combine the drained pasta and steamed broccoli in the skillet with garlic. Stir in Boursin cheese until melted and creamy. Add reserved pasta water gradually for desired consistency.
