  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream with Alfredo sauce and stir until heated through. Add minced garlic.
