  • 6 Irish sausages (about 1 lb)
  • 2 large Russet potatoes (about 1 lb), peeled and chopped
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
