- 1-inch piece ginger, minced
- 2 seasoning cubes (or salt to taste)
- 1/4 cup palm oil
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat palm oil in a large pot over medium heat and brown the chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
