  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 3 large leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Thinly slice potatoes and leeks; rinse leeks under cold water.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently.
