- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Sauté chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

- Return chicken to skillet; toss to coat in sauce. Cook for another minute.
