  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season each chicken breast generously with salt and pepper.
