  • 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly under cold water, drain, and set aside. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them evenly. Mince the garlic.
