  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
