  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, romaine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak by mixing 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the flank steak and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and clean the grates.
