  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
