  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble rice grains. Drain well using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix the drained cauliflower, ground flaxseed mixed with water, nutritional yeast, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined.
