Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm water and active dry yeast in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and sea salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring to form a rough dough.
