  • 4 cups stale crusty bread, cubed

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Toast bread cubes on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté onions and celery until soft (about 5-7 minutes).
