- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by rinsing the spinach and slicing the red onion.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
